Shipping

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE to anywhere in the world for orders over $50 AUD. Otherwise shipping charges are based on weight and start at just $3 AUD. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout after the delivery address has been entered.  Items from our Australian Designers range are currently only available for delivery to Australian addresses.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders for Australian customers will be delivered within 2-3 weeks of your order date, but please allow up to 5 weeks.  If you order from our Australian Designers menu, shipping is only 5 to 8 business days.

International orders take on average 3-6 weeks to most countries and in rare cases 6+ weeks. Please see below for average shipping times:

I only received part of my order, where are my other items?
Because we work with several wholesalers, some of our items ship separately at no extra cost to you. But do not worry if you've only received part of your order, the rest is on it's way!

Where are you based and where do you ship from?
We are an Australian based company operating out of Perth. We partner with brands and manufacturers all over the world to bring you stylish and affordable items for your little ones. Many of our products will ship directly to you from suppliers within Australia or overseas.

How can I track my order?
If you have an account with us, simply Login to your account to see your order history.  Here you can view tracking information by clicking on an order number. You can Create an Account any time (even after placing an order).

If you have not signed up for an account, you can check the Shipping Update email that you would have received a few days after placing your order.  This included a link to view your order and find your tracking number, which can then be entered on our Track Order page.

What is your refund policy?
We firmly stand behind our products. Please see our Returns page for specific details.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards for payment including: Visa, MasterCard and American Express, as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.  We also accept Afterpay for deliveries to Australian addresses.


Is my personal information secure?
We keep to the highest industry standards for payment + processing. Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during the payment process. Your payment information is only used for the transaction in question and is not stored.

Can I pay in my own currency?
Because we operate internationally, and can only process one currency through our payment processor, all transactions are processed in AUD.

There is a currency selector on the site which can give you an estimate of the prices in your own currency (available currencies are AUD, USD, EUR, GBP and CAD).  Once you proceed to the checkout, your shopping cart total will convert to AUD. The transaction will be processed in AUD and converted to your own currency by your credit card company (or PayPal) according to the current exchange rate.

Other Questions

What are the washing instructions?
Most of our items can be machine washed in a light cold cycle. We find they wash best when turned inside out first for both washer + dryer cycle. Certain items with tassels, rhinestones, lace, etc should be hand washed and laid flat to dry. Also, knitted items should be hand washed as well.
