SHIPPING

We ship worldwide.  A small handful of items are only available for delivery to Australian addresses, and this is clearly written on the product page. 

We offer FREE SHIPPING worldwide when you spend $50 AUD or more (excluding some items from our Australian Designers range). 

Below the free shipping threshold, delivery charges are based on weight and start at just $3.95 AUD. 

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout before entering payment information. 

There is also a shipping calculator available (desktop only - click on the cart symbol in the top right hand corner after adding your items)

The delivery time from when you place your order to arriving at your door is approximately:

2 to 3 weeks - Australia, US, Canada

3 to 5 weeks - Singapore, UK

3 to 5 weeks - Europe/Other

Please note that delays can sometimes occur due to weather, customs and holidays.  However, in our experience, 95% of the time you will receive your items within these timeframes.  Please contact us if you have not received your order within this time.

If you order from our collection of Australian Brands (for Australian customers only), items normally arrive at your door within 4 to 8 business days via Australia Post or courier.  Please feel free to contact us at any stage prior to ordering if you have questions about delivery times. 

Orders come with a tracking number which will be sent to you within a few days of placing your order.  You can track your order on our Order Tracking page.

If you have an account with us, simply Login to your account to see your order history.  Here you can view tracking information by clicking on an order number. You can Create an Account any time (even after placing an order).

Please note that the Tracking Number can take a few days to load on to the system. If no information about your order is displayed, we advise to track the order again in a few days time.

We ship directly from many of our distributors to our customers, so it is common for items to arrive at separate times.

Products from our Australian Brands collection are sent via Australia Post or courier. 

All other orders are shipped using e-packet and are sent directly from our International Fulfilment Centre in China.  E-packet is a fast and reliable international shipping method that provides door to door tracking. 

RETURNS

If you're not satisfied with an item for any reason, you can return it to us within 90 days if unused and in all its original packaging.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards for payment including: Visa, MasterCard and American Express, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. 

We also offer Afterpay for deliveries to Australian addresses and Sezzle for deliveries to USA/Canada.

We keep to the highest industry standards for payment and processing. Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during the payment process. Your payment information is only used for the transaction in question and is not stored.

All transactions are processed in AUD.

There is a currency selector on the site which you can use to display prices in your own currency (available currencies are AUD, USD, EUR, GBP, CAD and JPY).  Once you proceed to checkout, your shopping cart total will convert to AUD. The transaction will be processed in AUD and converted to your own currency by your credit card company (or PayPal) according to the current exchange rate.

Other FAQ

Most of our items can be machine washed in a gentle cycle. We find they wash best when turned inside out for both washer and dryer cycle. Certain items with tassels, lace, etc should be hand washed and laid flat to dry. Knitted items should be hand washed as well.

Due to us sourcing our products from many different suppliers, our sizes may vary slightly as each brand is different.

The sizing is to be used as a guide only and may differ depending on the size or weight of your baby for their age. We always recommend ordering a slightly larger size to allow for growth, particularly if your baby is larger for their age. 

If you would like a size chart for any particular product that may not have one present, please email us admin@lulubabe.comand we should be able to provide you with one prior to you purchasing.

We are an Australian business operating out of Perth.

We partner with brands and manufacturers locally and internationally to bring you stylish and affordable items for your little ones. 

Currently, our suppliers and fulfilment centres are based in Australia and China.  The orders that are sent from our fulfilment centre in China will be using e-packet shipping. This is one of the ways we pass such great savings on to our customers.
