We ship worldwide. A small handful of items are only available for delivery to Australian addresses, and this is clearly written on the product page.
We offer FREE SHIPPING in Australia and worldwide on orders over $60 AUD. This applies to all baby clothes, accessories and nappy bags, but unfortunately excludes the following branded products: BIBaDO, Doddl, EasyMat, Little Renegade Company, Lulla Doll, Mesmerised, Mini Beanz, Rockit, Sinchies and Sleepytot.
Below the free shipping threshold, delivery charges are based on weight and start at just $4.95 AUD for small items.

As a result of COVID-19, postal services all over the world are experiencing unforeseen shipping volumes as well as a reduction in air freight capacity and flights, resulting in mail service disruptions and delays.
Once your order has been shipped, you should expect some potential delays. For this reason, we strongly suggest ordering a larger size for your child to ensure they don’t outgrow your order before it arrives.

In most cases, you will receive your item(s) earlier than expected depending on your destination. Your patience is truly appreciated. We are constantly working on improving our shipping times while keeping the same low prices for our customers. Please DO NOT order if you want the item before an expectant date, we hold no responsibility for the couriers and the current conditions out of our control.
If you order from our collection of Australian Brands , items normally arrive at your door within 4 to 8 business days via Australia Post or courier (to Australian addresses only).
Please note that delays can sometimes occur due to customs, holidays or bad weather. As mentioned above, delivery times are currently unpredictable due to COVID-19. We recommend you DO NOT purchase any product if you need it by a certain date (especially Christmas or a birthday).

Please note that the Tracking Number can take a few days to load on to the system. If no information about your order is displayed, we advise to track the order again in a few days time.
We ship directly from many of our distributors to our customers, so it is common for items to arrive at separate times.
We begin working on your order as soon as it is placed. Often, in order to avoid processing delays, orders will contain multiple packages shipped as soon as possible, rather than a single package at a later date. This does not affect the shipping cost, and allows us to maintain the order delivery times above.
Products from our Australian Brands collection are sent via Australia Post or courier.
Other orders are shipped using UBI or e-packet and are sent directly from our International Fulfilment Centre in China. UBI and E-packet are fast and reliable international shipping methods that provide door to door tracking.
If you're not satisfied with an item for any reason, you can return it to us within 90 days if unused and in all its original packaging. Return postage needs to be paid by the customer for change of mind returns.

We also offer Afterpay, Latitude Pay and Humm for deliveries to Australian addresses and Sezzle for deliveries to USA/Canada.
We keep to the highest industry standards for payment and processing. Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during the payment process. Your payment information is only used for the transaction in question and is not stored.
All transactions are processed in AUD.
You can use the currency selector to display prices in your own currency (choose from AUD, USD, NZD, CAD, EUR, GBP and JPY). The currency selector can be found under the "SHOP" menu on mobile, or in the header on desktop.
Once you proceed to checkout, your shopping cart total will convert to AUD. The transaction will be processed in AUD and converted to your own currency by your credit card company (or PayPal) according to the current exchange rate.
Most of our items can be machine washed in a gentle cycle. We find they wash best when turned inside out for both washer and dryer cycle. Certain items with tassels, lace, etc should be hand washed and laid flat to dry. Knitted items should be hand washed as well.
Due to us sourcing our products from many different suppliers, our sizes may vary slightly as each brand is different.
The sizing is to be used as a guide only and may differ depending on the size or weight of your baby for their age. We always recommend ordering a slightly larger size to allow for growth, particularly if your baby is larger for their age.
