Shipping

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO? 

We ship worldwide.  Items from our Local Designers range are currently only available for delivery to Australian addresses. 

SHIPPING COSTS

We offer free shipping worldwide when you spend $50 AUD or more.  Below that shipping charges are based on weight and start at a very low $3 AUD.  Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout after the delivery address has been entered.   

DELIVERY TIMES

The delivery time from when you place your order to arriving at your door is approximately:

  • 2 to 3 weeks - Australia, US, Canada, UK
  • 3 to 4 weeks - Europe/Other

Please note that delays can sometimes occur due to weather, customs and holidays.  However, in our experience, 95% of the time you will receive your items within these timeframes.  Please contact us if you have not received your order within this time.

If you order from our Local Designers range (Australian customers only), items normally arrive at your door within 4 to 8 business days (delivery with Australia Post or courier).  Please feel free to contact us at any stage prior to ordering if you have questions about delivery times. 

ORDER TRACKING

Orders come with a tracking number which will be sent to you within a few days of placing your order.  You can track your order on our Order Tracking page.

If you have an account with us, simply Login to your account to see your order history.  Here you can view tracking information by clicking on an order number. You can Create an Account any time (even after placing an order).

Please note that the Tracking Number can take a few days to load on to the system. If no information about your order is displayed, do not be worried. We advise to track the order again in a few days' time.

We ship directly from many of our distributors to our customers, so it is common for items to arrive at separate times.

THE SHIPPING COMPANIES WE USE

All orders from our Local Designers range are sent via Australia Post or courier.  All other orders are shipped using e-packet and are sent directly from our International Fulfilment Centre in China.  E-packet is a fast and reliable international shipping method that provides door to door tracking.

Payment

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit and debit cards for payment including: Visa, MasterCard and American Express, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.  We also accept Afterpay for deliveries to Australian addresses.

IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION SECURE?

We keep to the highest industry standards for payment + processing. Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during the payment process. Your payment information is only used for the transaction in question and is not stored.

CAN I PAY IN MY OWN CURRENCY?

Because we operate internationally, and can only process one currency through our payment processor, all transactions are processed in AUD.

There is a currency selector on the site which can give you an estimate of the prices in your own currency (available currencies are AUD, USD, EUR, GBP and CAD).  Once you proceed to the checkout, your shopping cart total will convert to AUD. The transaction will be processed in AUD and converted to your own currency by your credit card company (or PayPal) according to the current exchange rate.

Other Questions

WHAT ARE THE WASHING INSTRUCTIONS?

Most of our items can be machine washed in a light cold cycle. We find they wash best when turned inside out first for both washer and dryer cycle. Certain items with tassels, lace, etc should be hand washed and laid flat to dry. Knitted items should be hand washed as well.

ARE ALL SIZES THE SAME?

Due to us sourcing our products from many different suppliers, our sizes may vary slightly as each brand is different. The sizing is to be used as a guide only and may differ depending on the size or weight of your baby for their age. We always recommend ordering a slightly larger size for growth, particularly if your baby is larger for their age.  If you would like a size chart for any particular product that may not have one present, please email us admin@lulubabe.comand we should be able to provide you with one prior to you purchasing.

WHERE ARE YOU BASED AND WHERE ARE ORDERS FULFILLED?

We are an Australian business operating out of Perth. We partner with brands and manufacturers locally and internationally to bring you stylish and affordable items for your little ones. 

Currently, our suppliers and fulfilment centres are based in Australia and China.  The orders that are sent from our fulfilment centre in China will be using e-packet shipping. This is one of the ways we pass such great savings on to our customers.
