Perfect baby bag
Nice looking and very practical bag. Heaps of pockets. Took about 2 weeks to arrive.
Pro's: it's a good size bag with plenty of compartments and it had nice colour choices.
Con's: it feels very cheap and plasticy, especially the zip/zippers.
Overall, I don't have much confidence that bag will last very long but hope I am wrong.

Bag arrived today with a broken zip pull on the side.
EDIT: customer care have contacted me and had immediately organised a replacement of the bag.
Very swift in dealing with the issue with an incredibly easy process (which is very much appreciated, being 38 weeks pregnant with baby #3).
The bag itself is wonderful - very roomy, a great colour, lots of organisational spaces. Looking forward to receiving the replacement to replace our existing very worn nappy bag.

Absolutely love this bag so much space and compartments could of used a thicker baby mat but nothing that can’t be fixed I just put my old one in and wala it’s perfect 🤩
